Nancy Wolff, Ph.D., is professor and director of the public policy program
in the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers
University and the director of the Center for Mental Health Services &
Criminal Justice Research in the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy
and Aging Research. Her research focuses on issues related to measuring the societal costs of interventions for persons with mental illness, designing cost-effectiveness analyses, exploring the effect of insurance design on access to care, and modeling and analyzing intersystem dynamics. Her intersystem research focuses on the interactions between the criminal justice and mental health systems, and the public policies that influence those interactions. In addition, she has studied the quality of life inside prison, the victimization of inmates, and reentry programs. |
