Seminar #12

Seminar Title:

Grant Management and Reporting

Outline or Narrative of Presentation

Often times many agencies receive grants and or contracts and have to answer the question “Now What?” How do I effectively manage this grant in compliance with the funders guidelines? Without proper time management, tracking & planning procedures and data collection in place, this can become an ambiguous process and can cause agencies to loose funding and or not have effective systems in place for use. The key is to start with proper management and tracking procedures to ensure that your grant terms meet overall requirements. This presentation will assist grant professionals to simply the management and reporting process including fiscal, programmatic and statistical for internal and external purposes.

This presentation will give individuals the opportunity to access their current practices and skills and assist them in making positive change for growth and to develop and implement new ways of management.
